Encore cistern

Global product launch


- We managed the global launch of the world’s most environmentally friendly cistern.

- Encore, which is the first to use condensate from air conditioning units to flush the toilet, is aimed at buildings such as hotels, offices, apartments, villas and leisure centres.

- Our brief was to generate as much awareness of the new product in leading trade magazines on and offline in sectors such as plumbing, construction, FM, HVAC, environmental, hotel and business.

- To mark the launch, we researched how much water Encore would save businesses across the world and to give perspective, calculated how many Olympic swimming pools the saved water would fill as an equivalent.

- From this a photoshoot with a national editorial photographer was directed to provide a strong visual aspect.

- We also directed the development of Encore’s naming, identity, website, video and marketing brochure, creating a strong and contemporary brand.
