JV North


- We were asked to promote JV North’s new four-year £180m contractors’ and consultants’ framework.

- For the first time, the consortium divided the framework into two lots: one for work valued at £1m and over for large PLC companies, the other for schemes under £1m so SMEs could apply.

- The target media was the housing and construction trade media as well as North West regional business titles.

- A new website homepage created impact and directed visitors to a dedicated section providing full details for those interested in applying.

- Press releases announced the launch of the framework; the appointments for the schemes valued at £1m and over; and, the framework being opened to SMEs.

- Coverage was received in all leading trade titles including Inside Housing, Building, Construction News, Social Housing and Construction Enquirer.

- Op-eds explaining why the framework was divided into two lots and what JV North was looking for from applicants were secured in Inside Housing, 24 Housing, Construction News and Building.

- Emailers were sent announcing the framework, those successful in the first lot and it being opened to SMEs.
