Project: Positioning the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) nationally

Major government changes to social housing have created a new dawn in the tenant movement, making it vital that TPAS communicates the services and support it provides for its 1,350 tenant and 300 landlord members.

Results: We positioned the Chief Executive, Michelle Reid as one of Inside Housing’s 50 most influential women in its Women in Housing supplement to help spread news of TPAS’s work. To give TPAS the opportunity to set the news agenda, we negotiated Michelle Reid a quarterly opinion column in 24 Housing magazine and she is now a regular commentator in Housing Excellence magazine, as well as being the first point of contact for tenant-related issues.
