Project: Positioning LMH nationally

After winning a competitive tender with LMH, part of the brief was to place Merseyside’s biggest housing association and its work in the leading trade media.

Results: News, features, commentary pieces and photo-stories have been secured on a regular basis in all the leading housing and regeneration media; Inside Housing, 24 Housing, Housing Excellence and 24 Housing.

Exposure was given to LMH’s work on its tenant-led procurement process, its groundbreaking energy efficient regeneration schemes and community-focused initiatives to tackle anti-social behaviour.

Chief Executive Steve Coffey was positioned in the media to propel LMH nationally and is now a regular source for comments and reaction for the media.
