Project: National exposure of major regeneration works

City West Housing Trust is embarking on a £900 million investment programme to rejuvenate 14,600 homes in Salford. Its flagship scheme is the £14.3 million Barton Village regeneration project.

Results: Due to the mammoth scale of City West Housing Trust’s regeneration project, we implemented a strategy to initially focus on its flagship development of Barton Village and used this to lead into the rest of its work.

We ensured the planning and consultation phase of the scheme and regular news updates at landmark points were covered by the media with national features secured on the BBC and in the following magazines and online: 24 Housing, Inside Housing, Building and Northern Housing, Housing News and Construction News.

Regionally coverage has been gained in the Manchester Evening News, the Salford Advertiser and on The Business Desk’s website.
